Two phase implementation
Coroni Technology is asked to implement the latest benefit scheme on Reflex in two phases to meet the urgent needs of their latest client.
The client, Interserve, a FTSE 250 construction services organisation, is keen to provide benefits choices to part of the business in a challenging timeframe.
Enrolment for about 15% of the scheme members is fast tracked to meet key internal targets and to spread the administration effort throughout the year.
Implementation went smoothly enough to permit benefits and eligibility rules to be defined for the whole workforce although only the pilot group were placed in enrolment. A very high proportion of employees selected benefits using Reflex and the user-experience feedback was extremely positive.
Plans have been laid for the second phase of enrolment in December.
