A major user of Reflex has undertaken a test of the performance of the Internet solution to ensure the highest quality of service is offered to customers.
One of Coroni’s benefit specialist partners has engaged analysts to take a detailed look at the user experience for one of its largest and most prestigious clients over a recent four week enrolment. The client is based in the UK, but has engineers working overseas, all of whom had the opportunity to make benefit choices during annual enrolment.
The results showed the software performance was excellent throughout the period and indicates, as expected, a slight drop in speed of response during weekends and at peak hours.
The statistics are part of a regular indicator of trends and a benchmark for the business.
