Absence, Auto Enrolment, Benefits, Expenses, HR, Payroll and Pension services will be provided using a single software solution, a white-labelled version of BizFlakes, rather than the four different systems used today.
One solution eliminates the need to manage common data multiple times to maintain several pieces of software. Currently salary changes, for example, may be recorded on the payroll software, manipulated to fit the HR and benefits solutions and uploaded into both. Now changes are made once and because payroll, total reward statement, HR records, benefit costs, pension and auto enrolment functions use the same data they are always up-to-date.
The intention is to transition several existing clients before the end of year before planning a full switch-over from January. The opportunity is being taken to refresh the respected service provider’s brand at the same time.
Now the transition is planned, both parties are engaged in an exercise to broaden the software services provided starting with a document management solution.
